Our T&T Student, Kirk Lundblade, Awarded Paid Internship with Orange County Clerk of Courts

First Year T&T student, Kirk Lundblade, was recently awarded a paid internship with the Orange County Clerk of Courts. His position will involve the following:

Overview: The Orange County Clerk of Courts is implementing a wiki-style Knowledge Management System and related best practices to promote information self-service, allowing employees to find answers to customer questions quickly and easily, thereby increasing knowledge transfer and retention. We are seeking assistance with the overall taxonomy, design, and layout of the information in order to create the best user experience.

Required Skills: Ability to write clearly when explaining complex processes or topics, strong technical aptitude, talent in explaining ideas graphically, ability to interact well with subject matter experts (SMEs), attention to detail, good interviewing and listening skills
