Meeting with Sheila Brennan

CAH graduate students are invited to meet with Dr. Sheila Brennan to discuss research and interests related to digital humanities and public history.

Dr. Brennan is the Associate Director of CHNM’s Public Projects Division and Research Assistant Professor in the Department of History and Art History at George Mason University. Prior to joining CHNM in 2005, she worked as the Director of Education and Public Programs at the U.S. Navy Museum in Washington, DC, for seven years and was a research assistant at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History.

At CHNM, she works with partners from libraries, archives, and museums on collecting and exhibiting projects.

Dr. Brennan’s visit is cosponsored by the Center for Humanities & Digital Research, the Public History Program, and RICHES.
